Peter Roberts
Lead Pastor
Peter Roberts grew up and has lived his entire life in Western Canada. His passion for serving and growing God’s church began in 2002 when he experienced the powerful love of God through the people within a small church in Regina, SK. Since then he has dedicated his life to helping the church be to others, what it was and continues to be to him. He has spent time studying at Briercrest Bible College, Western Christian College, and most recently, Alberta Bible College. In 2004 he married Chelsey and they now have four kids. Eva (13), Ezra (10), Isaac (8), and Eleanor (5). Peter has been in full-time ministry for Churches across Western Canada for the past 15 years and has been with Northern Hills Church since it's beginning in January 2014.
Jamie Hunka
Teaching Pastor & Elder
Jamie Hunka is a graduate of Rocky Mountain Bible College and is currently studying at Ambrose in order to complete his Masters of Divinity. He has lived his entire life in Calgary and was one of the founding members of Northern Hills Church. He has served in many roles throughout the years and became one of our first Elders in January 2018. In September 2019 he began a new role as our Teaching Pastor providing a majority of our Sunday preaching. He was married to his wife Kathy in August 2018 after they met as members of Northern Hills Church.
Autumn Hoffer
Youth Ministry Director
Autumn Hoffer joined Northern Hills Youth as a grade 11 student in 2017. After graduating from high school, her passion for helping to lead and guide other youth in faith had her stay involved, serving as a Youth Leader. Currently, Autumn is working alongside our Lead Pastor in order to help plan and provide regular youth events and teaching. She is also providing mentorship for our youth in order to help grow and strengthen faith in them.
